● Introduction
This product is suitable for extracting free DNA from urine samples. The detection is based on a silica gel column purification method. The DNA is released by lysing and digesting the sample. The DNA is adsorbed by high salt in the column and eluted with low salt. The eluted DNA can be directly used for PCR, Southern blot, virus detection and other experiments.
