● Introduction
This product is based on the extraction of cfDNA from plasma using either the Column Filtering or Bead Binding. The sample is then subjected to lysis digestion, adsorption binding, washing to remove impurities, and low salt buffer elution to collect DNA. The washed DNA can be directly used for experiments such as PCR, Southern blot, and virus detection.
