●  Introduction

This kit is based on Real-time PCR method that combines specific PCR  primers and fluorescent probe technology to detect the presence of 19 targeted  microbial nucleic acids in a urinary tract dry swab or urine sample. Our new  Real-Time PCR solution for UTI investigations enables rapid detection without  the need of culture—while enabling increased sensitivity and specificity of  detection of urinary tract pathogens and keeping cost per sample low.

 In this experiment, 19 pathogens were grouped and subjected to multiple (quadruple) fluorescence quantitative PCR. The  graph shows the detection patterns of different combinations of pathogens.The assay includes the following urinary tract  bacterial and fungal targets:

Conclusion: The reaction conditions constructed by this product can efficiently amplify 19 pathogens simultaneously.
