Two different blood samples were collected by using Ardent and S-Brand cfRNA blood collection tube and stored at room temperature. Extracted nucleic acid(cfRNA) from the first days to the fourth day, and detect the 18s, GAPDH and Actin genes by multiplex fluorescent PCR.
Fig. The CT values of GAPDH and Actin did not change significantly with time, and there was no significant difference compared with the data of S-Brand Tube, which suggests that Ardent Tube inhibited cfRNA degradation effectively
